FAQs

What's the building process like with you? How do I get started?

A face to face or video chat meeting would be the best way for us to start a working relationship. From there we will discuss your wants, needs, and timeline to figure out if we should work together. If so, great. Let's move on.

After choosing which model you would like to have built, we will work together to satisfy any desired changes to the design you would like to make as well as choosing your finish materials.

After that has been agreed upon, a contract will be signed listing out the deliverables, payment terms, and overall timeline.

How long does the building process take?

Getting your home delivered usually takes about 3 to 6 months, depending on the model size, features you want, and the time of year. If your project needs a lot of planning, it might take a bit longer. Thanks for hanging in there while we make sure is just right for you!

Can I customize the build?

The short answer is we try to keep structural modifications to a minimum while being open to discussing your desired material selections.

We design and build our homes with specific materials in mind for good reason. Longevity, durability, sustainability, heathy living environments. We have our model homes that we are comfortable with and are efficient at building. There are many tiny house builders out there and we think it wouldn't be best for you as a customer (or us a builder) to try and recreate another's design.

With that said, if you have a fun or interesting vision you want to see come to life, lets talk about it and discuss how we can best make that happen for you.
